A Better Whey to a Better Mood!

Since launch, we have been very busy with both ensuring placement in our Chicago stores and planning for our January expansion. In between working 18 hour days, my team and I diligently try to keep up on health and nutrition trends. One interesting fact I came across today is that "mood-boosting foods" are becoming more and more prevalent. Could this be inversely correlated to the stock market? Nonetheless, I was happy to see that one recommendation was to include protein in each of your three meals. This will raise blood levels of tryptophan, a chemical that eventually turns into serotonin, responsible for improving mood. We all know that there are very few breakfast options that include a high content of lean protein. We pride ourselves in being one of the most complete "wheys" to start your day...and now "be in a good mood too"!
