This past week, Better Whey hosted a blogger dinner and tasting at the Greek restaurant, Mezes, in San Francisco. It was a unique event and bloggers did not want to leave. In our “Open Kitchen Table Talk” style, everyone at the table had a chance to “whey” on what it takes build healthy women and girls — in body and in mind.
As a group of, primarily women entrepreneurs, the conversation was provocative, starting off with the health benefits of Better Whey, its tongue-tantalizing unique flavors, and creamy texture—and then venturing into the overall key message of Better Whey—what building a healthier life for women and girls truly means in today’s society.
Various topics came up—mindful eating; having healthful foods ready and accessible on-the go; work-life balance; and positive body image—making the discussion live and vivid. The event ended at 7 pm, but people stayed into the late hours of the night, chattering and tasting all varieties of Better Whey.
There may not have been conclusions on topics discussed and that’s okay because our goal is simply to start getting women and girls talking about what matters to them—it’s our principle, it’s our belief, it’s our way of life.
Regardless, one thing was for sure—Better Whey Greek yogurt was a hit for all.
